Paul Miller is very responsive, very organized, and when you have a concern regarding the web page you get him and not any intermediary. As you can imagine, owning your own page offers much greater flexibility thus this is a very valuable asset. (Plus it speaks to the firm's level of confidence that he does not try to anchor you to him by a licensing arrangement, it is his service, value, and creative product that will keep you with the firm.
